Jennifer
Jennifer is the owner of Abricot and our queen bee. As a San Francisco native who has lived in Paris for the last 13 years, she has brought her distinctive California hospitality style and super chic and playful personal flair to Abricot, making it a favorite hangout spot for many.

Davide
Davide is our bar manager, and creative cocktail magician. Born and raised in Milan, Italy, Davide has over 15 years of industry experienced (though he’s still fairly new to the Paris scene!)

Caroline
Caroline is our communications and events manager. Originally from Santa Barbara, California, she moved to Paris in 2018 to study political science and communications. Proud to be a woman in cocktails and a member of the queer community, Caroline is constantly striving to foster a space of creativity, inclusivity, and safety at Abricot.

Lucy
Lucy is our social media coordinator. Born and raised in LA, she currently lives in London and visits Paris whenever she can.

Emily
Emily is our operations and administration manager, specializing in the worlds of food & drink, theatre, and tourism. She moved to France 10 years ago, and after 8 years in (Paris and officially becoming French), she recently relocated to Bordeaux, where she’s enjoying exploring the budding cocktail scene.
